Part 47: Aircraft Registration.

A U.S. Agent for Service is an individual or entity designated to receive official FAA correspondence on behalf of foreign certificate holders who do not have a U.S. physical address. This ensures that all legal and regulatory communications from the FAA are received promptly, maintaining compliance with FAA regulations.

Any individual or entity holding or applying for FAA certificates under 14 CFR Parts 47, 61, 63, 65, 67, or 107, and who has a foreign address without a U.S. physical address on record, must designate a U.S. Agent for Service. This includes pilots, aircraft owners, mechanics, and aviation businesses operating internationally.

Our services include providing a U.S. address for FAA correspondence, receiving and securely forwarding FAA-related documents to you electronically, and assisting with compliance updates related to FAA requirements. We ensure that you receive all critical communications in a timely and secure manner.

You can appoint us as U.S. Agent for Service FAA by registering on our website and providing the necessary information. Once registered, we will supply you with our U.S. address and contact details, which you can submit to the FAA through the USAS portal to complete the designation process.

Failing to designate a U.S. Agent for Service may result in missed communications from the FAA, leading to potential legal consequences, certificate suspension, or delays in regulatory approvals. It’s crucial to appoint an agent to maintain compliance and ensure uninterrupted certification status.

While our primary role is to handle FAA-related correspondence, FAA Designated Agent for Foreign Pilots, some clients use the provided U.S. address for additional aviation-related legal communications. If you have specific needs beyond FAA compliance, please get in touch with us to discuss how we can assist you.

If you no longer require our services, you can cancel by notifying us through your account dashboard or contacting our support team. We will guide you through the cancellation process and ensure that the FAA is updated accordingly.

To appoint us as your U.S. Agent for Service, you’ll need to provide our full name, U.S. address, and email address to the FAA. Additional contact details like phone number and fax are optional but may be included for comprehensive communication.
